Business culture

Forty years of managerial work in the fields of Human Resources management, MICE, travel and training, as well as the environment, have allowed me to experiment and understand the ways in which to develop, support, implement and vitalize business culture. Work has a decisive value and is very important for economic sustenance, but perhaps it is even more so as a place of relationships, evolution, the possibility of knowledge and human growth. During the most fervent and demanding years in the managerial activity carried out in the company, I was able to experience first-hand how fundamental it is that a skill is professionally specialized in harmony with human personal development.

Among the most significant writings I produced from 1990 to 2000 in support of the cultural life of business, I am particularly proud to cite as an example “La Penna”, a collection of letters on business ethics, a very valid monthly document that lasted 10 years regularly distributed to collaborators, which still remains highly topical.

From the study of Total Quality and from the experimentation and reflection in the field of mental attitudes, the writings that have told the story of Econometics and its extraordinary possibilities and concrete applications were created.
